The Connectwell CTS2.5UN terminal block is an industry-standard 2.5 mm² screw clamp feed-through terminal engineered for dependable electrical connectivity in industrial automation and control applications. It enables quick and secure termination of single-core or stranded wires while ensuring reliable current transfer and insulation integrity.
Built from high-grade PA 6.6 (polyamide) insulating material with a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, the CTS2.5UN provides excellent dielectric strength and resistance to chemicals, heat, and vibration. The internal current bar is made of electro-tin-plated copper alloy, ensuring low contact resistance and superior corrosion protection.
The terminal features two easily accessible wire entry points, each tightened via a captive steel screw and clamp plate assembly. This design delivers vibration-proof connections suitable for field wiring, automation cabinets, and PLC control systems.
The CTS2.5UN mounts directly on a DIN 35 mm symmetrical rail, compatible with all Connectwell accessories such as end clamps (CA502 / CA702), jumper bars (CAJ2.5 series), partition plates (CTPP2.5), and group marker holders (GMH6-PA).
Complying with international standards IEC 60947-7-1 and UL 1059, this terminal block ensures safe and standardized installation in electrical panels worldwide.
