The 4-Pin JST Connector (Without Wire) is a versatile and widely used connector system for low-current, low-voltage applications. It is part of the JST (Japan Solderless Terminal) family — known for its precision, compact size, and reliable locking design.

This version includes the male and female housing pair along with loose crimp pins, allowing users to fabricate their own customized wire harnesses for circuit boards, sensors, and modules. Unlike pre-wired connectors, this set offers flexibility to use different wire gauges, colors, or lengths as per project requirements.

The JST 4-pin connector ensures secure mating with a latch-lock mechanism, preventing accidental disconnections due to vibration or handling. Each pin is made from tinned brass or phosphor bronze to ensure excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The connector housings are made from high-temperature nylon (PA66) or equivalent plastic, ensuring durability and compatibility with soldering environments.

Commonly used in Arduino projects, robotics, battery packs, sensor modules, LED strips, and IoT devices, this connector type provides reliable electrical contact and mechanical stability. It is compatible with JST-XH / JST-PH series housings depending on pin pitch.

Available in standard pitches such as 2.0 mm (PH series) and 2.54 mm (XH series), the connector supports up to 2–3 A per contact depending on the series and wire used.
