The Hi-Link HLK series is a family of compact encapsulated AC-DC converter modules that convert a wide 100 – 240 V AC mains input directly to regulated low-voltage DC outputs (3.3 V / 5 V / 12 V). These modules are designed for direct PCB mounting and provide safe, isolated power for IoT devices, embedded systems, and home-automation projects.

The Hi-Link HLK series (including HLK-PM01 5 V, HLK-PM03 3.3 V, and HLK-PM12 12 V variants) are miniature encapsulated AC-DC switching power modules that provide regulated DC outputs directly from a 100 – 240 V AC mains input.
These compact modules are designed for direct PCB integration, eliminating the need for bulky external transformers, rectifiers, and regulators in low-power designs.

With output powers from 3 W to 5 W, the HLK-PM series delivers a high-efficiency (> 80 %) isolated output, suitable for microcontrollers, sensors, relays, and communication modules. Built with a reinforced 3 kV isolation barrier, they ensure operator safety and circuit protection from electrical surges.

Encapsulated in a flame-retardant (UL94 V-0) plastic case, these modules are resistant to moisture, dust, and vibration. The HLK family includes protection against over-current, over-temperature, and short-circuit conditions.
Certified for CE, UL, and EN 60950 / 62368-1, they meet international safety and EMI standards (EN55032 Class B), making them suitable for commercial, industrial, and household electronics.
