The Connectwell CF4U Single-Level Fuse Terminal Block provides reliable overcurrent protection and quick fault identification in electrical control systems. It combines a fuse holder and terminal block into a compact design, simplifying wiring while enhancing system safety.
Designed to accept standard 5 × 20 mm glass fuses, the CF4U ensures secure fuse retention and reliable electrical contact. The integrated LED indication circuit provides instant visual feedback — when a fuse blows, the LED lights up, allowing maintenance personnel to quickly identify and replace the faulty fuse.
The CF4U supports conductors up to 4 mm² and uses a screw clamp connection, providing a vibration-resistant and maintenance-friendly termination. Constructed from self-extinguishing PA 6.6 (polyamide) with a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, it ensures high dielectric strength, thermal stability, and resistance to industrial contaminants.
The internal current-carrying components are made of electro-tin-plated copper alloy, ensuring low contact resistance and long-term performance. The terminal block mounts easily on standard DIN 35 mm rails and is compatible with Connectwell end clamps (CA702 / CA502), jumper bars (CAJ4 series), and marker holders (GMH6-PA).
Fully compliant with IEC 60947-7-1 and UL 1059 standards, the CF4U is ideal for industrial control panels, automation systems, and machine control equipment where visual circuit protection is required.
